Name Change - Indian born Child on H4

Hello Everyone,

Need some inputs/advice on Name change for Indian born child who is currently in H4. Would like to know what is the procedure or steps that need to be followed to change the name of the kid?
If any one has done this could you provide information/steps that needs to be done for this?
