    L1b to H1b 2024

    Hi,
    I have a valid L1b visa with PED as Nov 2024.
    I stayed in USA from 2020 Jan to Mar 2021 and jun 2022 to Jan 2023 and moved to India

    Now I am filing H1B. Since my L1b is valid till Nov 2024 will the time spent on L1 will impact H1B ?
