h4 stamping.advice needed please

Hi,
I am presently doing my residency on H1B visa.I got the visa converted within USA from B1/B2 to H1B,so The H1B is not yet stamped in my passport.Now my wife has appointment for dependent visa at chennai ,India.
Kindly let me know whether there will be any problem for the issuing of H4 visa to my wife as my H1B is not stamped in my passport.

Hi,

It is not required to have your pass port stamped with H-1 VISA. But you need to send pay stubs from the date of your SSN or your appointment in the company you got H-1. I came here on B1/B2 and converted to H-1. My wife got H-4 in this Feb. So don't worry. I don't have H-1 stamped in my passport.
