H4 Visa for Second Wife after Divorce
Hello Forum,
I am currently divorced and my ex wife had received her H4 visa stamping from a consulate in Europe. However she never entered the USA and we are currently divorced.
But currently I’ve remarried and my current wife would like to apply for her H4 visa through my same I140 petition.
Has anyone gone through a similar process?
I would be grateful if you could share any tips, interview experience and list of documents required to get the visa for second wife. (FYI we’re all Indian citizens).
