Hi, my spouse is travelling on her H4 visa that stamped in her passport and is valid till sept 2024. While im moving to a new employer is it required for her to go for visa stamping again upon my h1 transfer and get new visa stamped as per my latest I797A? If no, can she travel with the photocopy of my latest I797A to present at POE? And also she carries her last/ latest H4 approval notice which was valid till 2023 but during the year 2021 we travelled out of U.S and got her H4 visa stamped thats valid till sept 2024, in this scenario my understanding is USCIS wont issue h4 approval notice for her latest validity since her visa was STAMPED in India, can someone confirm on this please?
