H4 stamping withour primary applicant in Dropbox group visa appointment

Hello,

Can the H4 dependent attend the Dropbox interview in India, without the primary applicant? I had scheduled a group visa Dropbox interview appointment in Chennai, but the primary applicant was unable to travel, can the dependent still proceed?

They can. I have the same case and Bangalore VAC accepted my wife's passport on March 19 2024.
