Mumbai embassy visa data for H1B

I am trying to get dates for H1B visa stamping at Mumbai embassy in Jan or Feb 2010, but everytime I see there are no dates available. It shows me "Delhi", "Kolkata" and "Chennai" all the time. Does anyone has any insight on this ? I am currently resident in US and its been more than a year since my H1B visa has expired.

I am also in same boat. Currently in US with old H1 visa stamp expired more than 1 year. Am trying to book appt at Mumbai consulate for first week of Feb but have never been able to see any dates available. Can someone help - when do the dates open and what time of the day is best to check ? Help really appreciated... Thanks,
