H4 to H1B transfer

Hi all,
My wife is having H4 visa. We went
to India last september and got stamping
Now I transferred my H1B to a new
Employer. My wife has done M.Sc
Micro-biology.

1. What is the procedure to change
From H4 to H1B?
2. Does she need to take any course
To get a job?
