Hello all! I My H1B was approved in june 2023 and i havent received the official approval notice I797 till now and my attorney has filed I824 for requesting duplicate copy of the notice for which the processing time is several months. They are telling me that the unofficial courtesy copy is accepted instead of that. Has someone faced a similar issue? Can you confirm that this is accepted?
