My H1 re-stamp with company A got rejected.Company B of USA started H1 process.Got offer from Indian MNC company C asking for onsite with H1 or L1.My questions are...
1) can I start one h1 and other l1 with different company and will visit with L1 and move to H1 after some period without stamping?
2) Can two different company start H1 process at a time?
will visit for company B and move to company c after some period?
3)Is there any issue in stamping in case 1 or case 2 OR Any suggestion?
3)Also at the time of my h1 restamping officer told that she is going to issue memo to me and my company. what is memo ? and is there any issue in new H1 or L1 because of that?
