How long can I stay back in US if I quit my job on OPT?

I didn’t get h1b this year and I plan to resign from my job next month while I'm on OPT, but I don't have STEM OPT. My OPT expires in July of this year. If I quit in May, how long can I stay in the US? Can I stay for 90 days of unemployment plus the 60-day grace period, or is it only one of the two?

If you have not used up your 90 days of unemployment by the time your OPT ends, you have successfully completed OPT and you remain in status for a 60-day grace period. If you exceed 90 days of unemployment before your OPT ends, you go out of status immediately.
