Hi,
My spouse was recently laid-off after getting H1B extension with last day of work being June 28th.
Current H1B Validity: August 2024,
H1B extension: August 2027, was laid off after extension.
H4 EAD: Card received with validity upto August 2027, i94 valid August 2024
My spouse found a new job and new employer will file a new petitioner for H1B transfer they have given a start date as 1st week of June.
New Employer is doing premium processing for H1B transfer. https://9apps.ooo/
Do the new employer have to file my H4 and EAD agian? I will be travelling to Carribean in June if that helps with i94 validity.
