I was on an H1B work visa in the US from 2012 - 2023. I left my job in March 2023 and moved to the UK. My H1B Visa expired in October 2023. Currently, I am out of status and I have a rental property in the US. I got my I-140 approved and my priority date is in Jan 2017. Can I apply for a B-2(tourist visa) Visa and enter the US? Will I get approved for a tourist visa?
