I switched to one of the faang recently ,currently I do have a visa till Feb 2027. I do notice all the employees who started perm process are failing the labor test at my company. They have been trying multiple times and few have been waiting for around 2 years . Not sure anything different would be with my case. Just wondering if I switch to a new one next year during May 2025 would that be good enough for perm? Or what are my other options?
