Hi,
I had a question regarding interview waiver/ drop box for H1B visa stamping renewal.
I have previously gotten my visa stamped in India for H1B and it expired in Sep 2021.
I have been renewing visa in the same category a valid 797, but did not get my visa stamped in India for my last visa renewal, since I did not go to India after 2021.
I'm planning to go to India and get my visa stamped again now which is now valid until Sep 2027. Will I be eligible for interview waiver/ dropbox or should I schedule a visa interview, since I don't have stamping for the last 3 years.
I will be applying in the same category/ same employer, everything.
Please help me find answer to this. I have a family emergency and need to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
