H1B - 6 years Exhausted - Spent 1 year outside USA

Hi,

I exhausted my 6 years H1B visa stay and then returned back to my home country India on 2022.
I don't have any green card or perm application.

Now If my new employer in India wishes to send me to USA, do I have to go through the H1B visa application from start and go through the lottery procedure again?

Any thoughts on this would be helpful, Thank you for your time.
