Changing Status from B2 - H1

Hi Everyone

I'm currently visiting the US for a conference on a B2 visa, and simultaneously talking with a US company - They might hire me and do the H1 transfer. ( I used to work on h1b last year, but moved back to my country to work on my startup)

Is it okay if the company files my status change from b2 to h1 after 15 days in the US?
