Travel outside US - Emergency on H1B receipt

Hi ,

My current visa is expired (currently in US) and I am in the process of changing my job on H1b.

My new employer has filed for H1B transfer but I might need to travel in 10 days because of some family urgency.

What are my options? Should I ask my new employer to wait ? Once, I leave US how can i reenter ? ( Should I come back on H4 visa but then my employer needs to file for H1B amendment) https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/
