Hello, my H1B expires in October 2026. My current company started PERM process but it got paused due to layoffs and I'm not sure when they will restart the process. And then my case failed the recruitment stage so I'm back to square one. Looking at the current timelines right now, PWD itself will take ~8-10 months and then recruitment for 2 months and then a month for 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 filing PERM. I cannot take this stress and am planning to move to another company by end of this year so that I'll at least be given an option to move to Canada. Do I have any other options here? Anything I need to be aware of?
