H1B Amendment Pending and H4 I94 is getting expire
Hi,
Need assistance, My H1B amendment status is in progress and pending for approvals, my spouse I94 is getting expired in the month of September as her passport was expiring in September 2024 and she got her new passport. Our H1B visa is valid till October 2025. Not sure about the Immigration laws in this scenario can we exit the country and come back or should not travel.
If it is not suggested to exit the country than what is the process for extending the i94 with new passport?
