I have an H1-B with I140 approved. My spouse is also on H1-B currently. They have 2 more years left on their H1-B. Currently their employer is not filing PERM.
Can my spouse move to H4 and EAD visa to save on her H1-B https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/ duration for now and later move back to H1-B when the employer is ready to file PERM?
