Timeline for H1B extension process

Hi all ! Wondering how long the h1b extension takes including LCA?

Current h1b expiring in mid September. Company attorneys will start the LCA tomorrow. Wondering if it's tight to receive approval before expiry ?

I94 expires 10 days after h1b expiry 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254

What are my options? Have any of you been through a similar situation with respect to the short timeline?
