As the title suggests, my friend was laid off yesterday with no notice period. He was told yesterday and yesterday was his last day.
His H1B Transfer is pending from previous company to this one (where he got laid off). This company is saying that they will have to inform USCIS and they don’t know what his status is exactly right now https://omegle.onl/ https://xender.vip/ .
Will he go out of status as he got laid off and his H1B Transfer is pending? Does he have 60 days of unemployment period to find a job? He has some interviews lined up and was hoping to find his next opportunity sometime soon.
If he is out of status, what are his options?
