I’m coming up on my 6 year cap for my H1-b in September and don’t have an approved I-140. Employer filed for an EB2 NIW. If my approved I-140 gets in after my expiry, can I transfer to B2 visa and then refile H1-b even though I’ve exhausted all 6 years on my visa?
