Didn't get H1B on my last attempt this year. STEM OPT expired last month. I am leaving the US for EU, coz I didn't want to go back to my home country.
And today I get to see this news. For those who need it, it's a great news. For me though, had I known for certain a 2nd round was gonna happen, maybe l'd have made a different decision https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/ .
But I do know why I decided to leave US, but it still makes me sad after having lived here for almost 5 years.
