Spouse of H1-b also works for a US employee remotely

Hello,

I have a question about the spouse of H1-b applicant who is also working remotely with a US company, what details do they need to provide in DS-160 and what are the possible questions they should prepare for?
I understand they may not continue the same after moving to US unless the employment contract is changed from overseas to US.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
