I'm working for consultancy and they provide cap-exempt (no lottery) H1B as well as O1 visas.

Apperantly there is a way around and you can basically file regular H1B with your employee of choice after getting cap-exempt H1B.

For O1 visa, if you have published anything, been on the news, or done something important (or executive from successful company/startup) you can get that one as well. omegle xender
