H1B - Case was Automatically Revoked

Good Morning,
One of my friend had this issue.
He got H1B Visa last year and came to US. Because of market, lost his job and went back home, to make sure he did not have any illegal stay.
He applied jobs from there but no luck.

Today, when he tracked his H1B status online, it says - "Case was Automatically Revoked on July 29th 2024 - We automatically revoked your Form I-129. . . "
Can someone please suggest on future consequences -
- He got Visa until 2026. Can he change Employer?
- Would there any be any problem in future?

Your friend needs specific legal advice. If he was offered CAP-subject H-1B employment, was selected in the CAP, was the beneficiary of an approved H-1B CAP Petition and traveled to the US in H-1B CAP Status, he is considered counted against the H-1B CAP. He can seek H-1B employment with a different petitioner so long as all the requirements for an H-1B Petition are met.
