How long are H1b extensions taking right now?

Mine was filed July 3rd and I am aware of processing times listed on USCIS website but wanted to see how quick others are getting before I pay for premium processing. I read on reddit that for some people its taking 6-7 months right now, not sure if thats accurate ine was filed digitally so my receipt code starts with “IOE”. Also do we have any April/May extension filers that are still in processing?
