h1 stamping needed with if valid stamped visa h1 transfer to new employer

I entered US for employee a with stamped visa which is valid till Jan 2026. I have accepted a new job and got new 1-797 approval with new employer. I am planning to travel out of US and need to know if I would need to go for stamping or I can enter US on already stamped and valid visa by showing new approved petition for new employer?

M understating is visa allows you to travel to port of entry in front of immigration office to seek permission to enter US and it does not makes any difference with ex-employer name on it.

Anyone having similar experiences please provide your guidance.
