My current h1b and spouse h4 and ead is valid till December 2025. If I apply for h1b transfer with new employer (Approved i140 with old employer), can I also file concurrently h4 extension and h4 ead extension together as single application in pp so that all dates and validity gets extended together? Is there any guideline that h4 extension/h4 ead extension can't be applied before 6 months/180 days?
