I’m curious about how long you can stick around in the U.S. on an H1-B if you’re an Indian-born citizen with an approved I-140. Has anyone managed to hang in there for 15 years or more or gotten more than five extensions? I get that this isn’t really a smart move long-term—staying on a non-immigrant visa forever is a no-brainer.
