H1b renewal with I140 approved

Hi,

I have I140 approved from my previous employer. I had left that employer after 9 months of approved I140. I joined my current employer 2.5 years back and now they are filing my h1b renewal again. They have not started my I140 here. Can this situation impact my h1b renewal as this would be 2nd h1b renewal from my current employer. Thanks. https://vlc.onl/
