I am looking for some guidance.
My 2nd H1B extension is about to expire in December and my PERM hasn't been filed yet. I needed to know what my best options were. Can someone guide me through the following?
1) Can my PERM be filed if my H1B expiration date has passed?
2) Move as a dependent to my spouse's L1A Visa, if yes, should I proceed with an internal COS or do I go out of the country to get approval? What countries can I go to for a quick L2 process?
3) Move to student visa and obtain day-1 CPT while PERM is in progress?
