Hi,
I lost my job in 2022 in US and moved to India. I was in the US on H1-B visa with approved i-140. I recently got my tourist visa approved. If I enter US on tourist visa and then apply for jobs and let's say if an employer transfers my H1-B visa, then can I continue to work in the US till the validity of my new H1_B visa even though my stamp is of tourist visa?
