My H1B petition was filed on 25th June 2024, and due to some personal urgency we had to file premium processing on 11th July 2024. After filing for premium processing, received an RFE to prove how my Education is relevant to my Job duties.
My company’s lawyers responded the RFE with necessary justification and documents. Post submission, my Petition was Denied saying that my education is not aligning with my Job duties https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/ .
We decided to file an appeal to AAO office as my company and lawyers felt the Decision was true and appealing to AAO office would be the most strategic decision.
Did anyone have faced something similar?
