H1B interview/dropbox slots in Canada and India

What are the earliest slots i will be able to find for either? Is there any reliable resource for this? I checked the estimates given on the govt website and they were immensely off. Kind off frustrated that i can't see available slots before spending non refundable 200$https://vidmate.onl/ .

I am aiming for something in this year at either location.
