H4 and H1B interview together but separate applications

Hi all, me and my spouse both separately paid the visa fees as it was not possible to add her as a dependent since she already had the profile but we booked the appointment at the same time in Hyderabad India. I have two questions.

Can we go together for the interview? Does not adding her as dependent will create any issues?

Since I don’t have h1b issued till now, can we go together or should I reschedule her appointment after I get my visa stamped?
