    Can I do H4 Dropbox in India while my H4 COS is still pending

    Hi,

    I applied for change of status from H1B to H4 in April 2024, and COS is still pending with USCIS. I am planning to travel to India in December, hence would need a valid H4 visa to re-enter.
    Am I eligible for H4 stamping if my H4 COS is still pending ? Or do I need to go for In person interview.
