H4 ead work authorization

I filed my h1 and h4 plus h4 ead extension in concurrent filing . Filed July 15, received July 17.. all three cases still pending.. can my spouse work on expired ead ? Ead expired last month My case number https://vlc.onl/ IOE with Nebraska address , spouse Vermont but transferred to another office.. any update on processing time lines ?

No, if the H4 I-94 is expired.
