H1b Visa appointments in Turkey

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone is scheduling an H1B appointment in Turkiye this year ? I was wondering if it’s from Istanbul or Ankara?

Besides, I read a section about health exams, does anyone need to pass on health exam to get an HBB visa in 2024?
