H1B Visa renewal

Hi,

My Visa will get expired in June,2011. I am planning to go to India before my Visa expiry(In May) for some personal issues. Is there any problem while returning back from India at port of entry in US before 45 days? After coming back from India (i.e before 45 days of visa expiry) can i apply for visa extension.

No issues. You can re-enter as longas your visa/passport & petition are valid.
