h4 got rejected, any chances to get approved

Hi My wife went to US after 4 monhts of our marriage, on visit visa & got H1 approved there. After a month I tried my h4. I couldnt giveout correct info about her job profile n designation n got rejected on basis of cast conversion from christian to hindu & insufficient ongoing relation proofs with spouse.

My wife is coming back for her h1 stamping and my reapplication for H4. What are the chances to get the h1 stamping & h4 approved.


Can anyone help plz.

If H1B gets approved and if you can provide documentation evidence of your marriage and if your records are clean, you will get the H4 stamped along with the H1B.

but i want to know is My wife has h1 approved petition in US and if she comes back for H1 stamping, will there be any problem for her because of my rejection? Her passport is on maiden name & myname is not yet inserted in it.
We do have rest of the proofs like wedding album, marriage certificate, etc.

Your visa rejection has nothing do with your wife's H1B visa process. First of all your wife got rejection because she was not able to produce the required doucments. If she is able to submit all the required documents, then both of your will get the visa successfully.

But would like to rectify, my wife was not rejected, i was rejected for h4. My wife is on h1. Thank you very much for your help. I will let you know once I m done with my interview..
