GC via H4?

Has anyone been through the process of getting a GC through H4? I can't find a lot of good information online. H1B holder is Indian so will take forever, wondering if we can get GC faster through my EU citizenship. Does it require EB-2/3 first? router login 192.168.l.l.link/

Citizenship doesn't matter for the wait for visa numbers. It's country of birth that matters. What is the country of birth of both spouses? Have either spouse been petitioned by a company to immigrate?
