H4 and H4 EAD timelines

How long does it take to get H4 and H4 EAD approval? My H4 and EAD were concurrently filed with my H1B in premium processing. The receipt date is September 23rd, and the H1B was approved on September 30th, but the H4 and EAD are still showing the status 'Case Received'.
