Hey All,
My H1B application is in process since June of this year from my employer. Haven’t heard any information and don’t have any way to track anything, but they say it is pending. Now, due to demands they want me to also apply for L1 and get to the US for work ASAP.
My question is will this L1 Visa have any bearing omegle xender or impact on my H1B which is being processed?
