Hi - I am on h1b from 14 years and my I485 application is also approved and i got my EAD card... Waiting for green card yet.
My h1B and EAD extension is due in next 6 month and i got a DUI last night with BAC .19 and high speed... No accident or any other injuires.
My record is clean so far but i am afraid how this DUI will impact my h1b and EAD renewal. Please help i am scared with my family and future in USA
