i just started a new position today after a transfer from my previous employer (h1b got picked in this years lottery) and I just received an offer that is significantly higher (over 100k) in a pretty exciting autonomous driving startup. Is there any consequences to transferring h1b 2 months into my current role?
For more context:
Been with previous employer (Company A) since November 2023 on STEM OPT, H1b got picked in 2024 and approved
Left the previous employer for the current one (Company B) after the first paycheck and the transfer is pending. I started working today with this company.
Got an offer from a new company (Company C) for https://vlc.onl/ significant amount higher for a start date of Jan 06.
I want to understand the consequences before signing the offer!
