H1 transfer without pay stubs

Hope you are doing well. I'll make this brief.
I recently have been laid off due to restructuring in my previous firm on Aug 2nd and before my 2 months grace period for H1B ended, i joined a new company on October 3rd. I did premium processing for the new company and got my H1B case approved and have received my I797A form already. In this time I got another full time offer from my dream company who want to do H1B transfer but the current company won't issue a pay stub for the month of October until the end of November since their ADP isn't set up that way. So I am missing pay stubs for the month of September(because of unemployment) and October. Can my potential employer file for H1B transfer successfully or will it get RFE'ed. Thank you in advance.
