Looking for some advise/Opinions on below queries related to I94 Revalidation:
Current Scenario -
1) I am currently working on H4 EAD.
2) H4 Visa and EAD both are expiring on Jan'2025
3) My Stamped H4 Visa on Passport is also expiring on Jan'2025
4) Applied for extension in Oct'2024 and currently in Pending status.
5) My Spouse H1B recently approved unti 2027.
Queries:
Based on the current waiting time, i am not expecting my approval by Jan'2025 and I am thinking to go to Mexico for I94 Revalidation to extend my I94 based on approved spouse H1B.
1) Am i eligible for I94 validation, since I have valid stamped Visa until Jan'2025? and one of the eligiblity criteria for revalidation is to have expired stamped Visa.
2) If I travel outside US (To Mexico), will it impact my pending H4 and EAD applications?
